Pkoi je n arrive plus à écouter spotify sur mon android depuis réinitialisa

Huawei m a fait faire une réinitialisation de mon téléphone et depuis je ne peux plus lire de contenu sur spotify...j ai un rond vert qui tourne...Pourtant il retrouve mon compte gratuit et aucun souci sur pc ou tablette...J ai essayé de télécharger du contenu et c idem le rond vert tourne ..tourne...PS je suis une bille en technologie mais je l ai montré à d autres plus aguerris qui n ont pas réussi à solutionner mon problème.Merci de votre aide en langage simple svp
