Playback "stops" after one song

Solved!

Playback "stops" after one song

Hi,

i'm using Spotify Music 3.9.0.965 on a Sony Xperia Z5 Compact. When I play a song (doesn't matter if online or offline), the playback stops at the end of the song. But the play buttons is still a break sign. It has no impact pushing the play/break button. Only with the next button the next song start playing.

I've tried to restart the device, changing the stream quality and reinstalling the app but the problem remains.

This problem startet some days ago. Before that it had worked as expected.

It seems that the Update to Version 4.0.0.800 solves the problem. I've not tested the workaround of Eegee0.

Same issue, wtf

Same issue. Phone details:

Make: Sony

Model: Z5 (standard)

Model number: E6653

Android version: 5.1.1

Hi,

I have exactly the same issue.

- It works fine on desktop

- When I chenged to my wifes account IT WORKED!

So i guess it has to do with my account. Perhaps my old phone (HTC One) is stored somehowe in Spotifys settings, and that doesn't work with this new phone...

Can someone from Spotify comment on this?

/D

I have the same issue on a LG Volt, Also the radio will only load one out of every 12 or so times, and it takes 10 mins to load up. Not worth the 9.99 I'm paying for sure.

Just for reference, this is the same: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Help-Android/Spotify-stop-playing-after-every-song-Sony-Xperia-Z5-c...

This is now obsolete, as it goes for version 7 and I still have the same problems. Any ideas, please?
