Playlist displaying wrong order

My Question or Issue

 I have been frustrated the last few days with saving playlist details and rearraging the order of playlists. I am trying to change the order of a playlist. But when I save the playlist, it shows up the same as it did before. Then if I go to Edit Playlist again? It shows up in the correct order, the way I had it before I pressed SAVE.

This is the correct order, which only shows when I go into Edit PlaylistAnd this is what it looks like after I click SAVEk, nothing works. I'm wondering if this is something with the latest update?

I contacted SpotifyCares on Twitter and they got me an answer that fixed it right up.

Needed to clear the cache and do reinstalls. Works like a charm
