Playlist re-shuffles after disconnecting from car bluetooth

My Question or Issue

Whenever my phone disconnects from the car bluetooth, the playlist order gets re-shuffled.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open playlist. Press shuffle.

2. Observe upcoming songs in queue.

3. Connect to car BT.

4. Play a few songs.

5. Turn car off.

6. Turn car on.

At this point, the queue will be completely different to what it was during the first few steps. The playlist gets entirely shuffled again.

This is happening to me as well. Exact same step process as above, the playlist reshuffles every time my phone disconnects then reconnects to my car bluetooth. Has happeneing for a few months now.
