Playlists Grouped as "itunes"

For some reason a bunch of my playlists show up on my Android phone in an itunes subfolder. This is not a big deal but it's irritating. Does anybody know why they are grouped this way and can it be changed to just a regular list. They definitly are not grouped this way on my PC.

Any ideas?

Generally these playlists would have been imported from your iTunes folder - You can choose to do this in your Desktop application.

However, in your case, it seems to have just created an iTunes folder and some playlists were placed in there. I've now removed this folder and all your playlists should be shown normally now.
