Help! My Playlists have disappeared! ๐Ÿ˜จ please help me to fix....

Thanks - sorted - problem is though that someone has had access to my
account - when I've been using on one device it states someone with another
device is currently listening - think I've been hacked - thoughts?

I'd certainly play it safe if I were you, here is a link to your account setting, from here you can change your password (use the dropdown menu to navigate to 'Change Password' then you can 'Sign Out Everywhere' (down the bottom of the 'Overview' page). Do both of these steps and that will boot the hacker from your account and avoid them regaining access!
