Playlists keep losing "offline" status

I've had this problem for years accorss all my android phones:

I set a playlist to be available offline. It downloads the songs and works fine. For a while.

At some point, after a few days the playlist is no longer tagged as "offline" and I need to start the process again.

I onlt have one device where I want to listen offline (Samsung Note 4), and I'm well under the 3333 limit.

I've got the latest version of Android and Spotify.

I use Spotify in online mode across two personal PC's and two work PC, if that's relevant.

This is super anoying becasue I usually notice the lack of offline playlist as I'm about to get on a plany, or when I'm far away from good Wifi, and datacaps make sure that downloading/streaming in high quality is not a option.

Please help.
