My Question or Issue
So I have two problems:
1. Canvas on my phone doesn't work even if in the settings they are activated.
2. I can't listen to any podcasts, when I search for 'Podcast' it shows a dark screen and it happens nothing.
I tried to uninstall the app, to clear data and cache and nothing helped. I am not so satisfied that I can't use Spotify's features in my country like other people do, I pay the same money like everyone does.
I have one more question:
When it will be available the Charts for Moldova? Russia, Ukraine, Romania do have Charts, but Moldova don't. Please don't forget about us! We want the same experience with Spotify 💚

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!
1. If you have the setting to turn Canvas On in your account and it's not showing, try turning off Data Saver - Tap Home >Tap Settings >Switch Data Saver off.
2. Podcasts are currently not available in Moldova. As we recently launched there it might take some time before all features become available. Keep your app up to date as they might become available some time soon. We don't have a definite time frame though. The same goes for charts.
Let us know how you get on with the Canvas feature.

Can you try running a clean reinstall of the app, following the exact steps from this Spotify Guide.
Also make sure that no Battery optimization is enabled for Spotify. You can check this from the phone's settings.

If you can see the Canvas option in the Settings panel and you have Data Saver off you should be able to see canvas for the songs that have it.
Can you check whether it works if you are connected to a different network?
If that makes no difference, try creating a test account with another email address and see if it works there.

So if you log in with another account - you're not able to see canvas either?
Can you try to log in on another device to see if the issue persist?
It would also be great if you can let us know which version of the app you have?
Note: Canvas is blocked on certain older Android APIs (version 22 and older)

That podcasts not available is expected as @Alex mentioned.
For the Canvas feature - if you have an SD card we suggest that you uninstall the app > turn off your phone > take out your SD card > turn on the phone again (without the SD card) > reinstall the app.
Also - make sure that your operative system is up-to-date.
