I don't seem to be able to listen to podcasts on my account at all from any of the devices i use and I've been a premium spotify user for a month now...

Podcasts haven't launched yet in some newer markets. If you are in a country in North Africa or the Middle East, you might not have Podcasts yet. Bear with us as we are working on it.

If you think you should have Podcasts, try a quick reinstallation and try if you have podcasts on one of your different devices.
