Por qué no puedo hacer descargas de canciones?

Hola al momento de querer descargar una lista de reproducción o álbum me aparece como inciando pero no se descarga ningún archivo, que puedo hacer?

Could you let us know if this happens across devices or only on a specific one? We'd also like to know if this has always happened or if it started happening after a specific event such as an update. 

If this happens only on one device, it's well worth running a clean reinstall to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

Lastly, would you mind checking if you've followed these specific steps to download your content?
