Premium I paid but have not received

Premium I paid but have not received

I do not know if this is the right place to ask for help, however I'm concerned. For efetuei payment for the ticket, but not fired a premium account. Continue as a free trial of User. Please help me if possible. (I'm with proof)
I do not speak English hehe

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
