Premium accoun impossible to get back?

Hello there!

A long while ago I created an account on spotify on my phone via google+. I was using that one on my phone, but another on my computer. I got the 3 months for £0.99 premium offer late jan, but for some reason it made everything a bit glitchy and now I can't log onto that account. It completely won't let me log on now and says I have the same account under a different email (but my other account doesn't have premium). I'm just a bit worried it's going to start auto-charging me £9.99 a month for an account I can't even access to cancel my subscription from 😞

Anyone have any ideas?
