Premium account, but no access to a Spotify at the PlayStore

My Question or Issue

I've purchased Spotify Family Premium here in Montenegro (Europe), and seems that having Spotify officially here doesn't mean that its accessible on Android.

Spotify on PlayStore cant be accessed from Montenegro, it doesn't show at all on PlayStore. 

The only possible way to use Spotify for Android here is to download APK from alternative locations, which can be a huge security issue. Even when its installed like that, Spotify still can't be updated through Playstore.

I've mentioned this to the Spotify tech support, and i got an answer that Android version cant be used in Montenegro.

So, I'm just trying to raise this issue here, hoping that it will be resolved soon.
