Premium member can't get Spotify on Android cell phone

Been trying (and paying Premium fees) for two years, but can't get Spotify on Android phone. ZERO customer service.

On the other hand, would you mind giving us a bit more info about what's going on? Is the app not working properly or are you having trouble downloading it? 

It'd also be helpful to know the make, model, OS version and the Spotify version (if the app is downloaded) currently running on the affected device.
