Premium not working

Paid $0.99 for the 3 month premium package that they were offering and I'm not able to use my premium what do I do

I'm not getting any messages or error codes it's telling me to join premium when I just paid for premium with their ad that they have for $0.99 for 3 months

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
