Ich habe ein neues Handy und habends mich damit in mein Spotify Premium Account einloggen wollen! Aber jetzt ist mein premium weg! Was nun?

Can you try checking your Account page?
Also, make sure you're using the right account details as it's easy to mix up Spotify Accounts and Facebook accounts

I got the right Account and installed it new but nothing changed 😞 in payed for it and there isn't even a Hotline 😞

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
