Preview button in discover no longer working

Hi, I'm using spotify premium on Android (N5 and N7).

I use the discover section to check out spotify suggested music. 

I usually am listening to a playlist and 'long press' the track in discover. 

Doesn't seem to be able to preview, it just starts playing that track? 

Any suggestions? I've cleared cache and storage and reinstalled 

Spotify on both devices but the preview button doesn't seem to preview anymore?

It's been missing since Discover moved to Browse on all platforms as far as I am aware. It was raised by the rock star team at the time but has seen been buried, I've bumped the escalation to see if we can get clarification from Spotify about it.
