Problem downloading songs offline

Hello I can t download the songs offline because the message 'you can t download on more than three devices ' appeares,the problem is that I have only spotify on my phone,the thing that comes in my mind is that before this message appeared I have upgraded my phone firmware;I tried uninstalling and downloading Spotify more than once but nothing changes.I deleted all the offline devices from my premium account.How can I solve the problem?

Try downloading again after rebooting your phone. If that doesn't work, get in touch with spotify support here.
