Problem when downloading music

Hello, I recentely joint a Spotify Family account and so I decided to download all my songs on the sd card loaded on my phone...however when I close the app after the downloading is finished and later re open it, all the songs appear to be not downloaded and thus the download starts again. I already tried to reinstall the application many times but nothing has changed. How can I solve it?
