Problem with download songs

Hi, well i started to download my music and then turn off my wi-fi and don't let me hear the music! I want to know why? I already pay for that, they say if i pay and download i don't need Internet to play so whats going on?

It is possible that the songs did not finish downloading. Try connecting to wi-fi again and downloading. Also, toggle switch off and on again. Hope this helps! Reply to this message if you are still having trouble. Happy streaming!

Thanks i already downloaded again and turn of the wi-fi and its working, i don't know why do this but well i can hear my music right now and this is the best part ✌
