Problem with the Spotify

My Question or Issues

The music player screen get dark when I touched the music bar. There aren't any lyrics, play button, next button,...on the screen. Then when I tried back to the home screen, the music stoped. Thanks for your help !

Could you send us the exact Spotify version number? Also, does logging out of Spotify and back in help at all?

I've tried lots of way such as log in/out, reinstall...I also try it with
another Android device (Galaxy Note 4, with the latest version). But it's
not effective.

When you reinstalled, did you follow these exact steps? Also, does this happen only on WiFi? Try it out with mobile data to see if it helps.

After I got a update the latest version, all problems were solved.
Amazingly, I event got the song lyrics which was not available for me.
