Problems downloading songs in a playlist

I have a playlist and it was working fine...now i added a song to the playlist but the download didn't happen. I removed the download from all the songs in the playlist and now i lost every song saved in the playlist and i can't start the download again. It says i have to download using cellular, i did turn it on but it still didn't worked. I would aprecciate a quick answer
