Radio function not there

Hi,

I have spotify on my ipad and at the bottom of the screen is a radio button. I have now downloaded spotify on my samsung galaxy s6 and there is no radio button at the bottom of the screen. Is this normal that the andriod app does not have the radio function?

Hi, welcome to the community, and thanks for your post. It sounds like you may be experiencing some sort of interface test on your Android device, which the Spotify team does from time to time. Please read here for more info.

Are you able to access radio stations by visiting artist pages or by long pressing song, album, artist, or playlist titles? If so, you should be able to create a station, follow it, and then it will be saved to the stations section of "your library."

i signed up to premium and now have the radio function on my Samsung S6. Dont know why it wasn't there on the free version though.

Okay, thanks for the update and glad to know you have radio back at least. I've seen a few instances where users have noticed some features being different between free and premium, and it's most likely just a case of Spotify testing things out.
