Im using Oneplus One and latest version of spotify downloaded from play market.
Radio is not working, Im getting something like 'this station cannot be played'..
I've done so far, uninstalled the app, cleared cache. Issue still persists.
Weird thing is, that when I try with another (non premium account) radio works nicely. With my own premium account I still cannot play radio.

I'm sorry about these problems. Are you trying to play same stations with accounts?
If no, the other station is not so popular and there's no artist recommendations, so station can't be played. Try another more popular station like Manian.
Have you tried also playlist radio, not working?
If so, just come back, I will escalate this for you. For you!

Yes I did try same stations .. I use the ones which are by genres, for example Tekno, Elektro are which are not working on my premium account but does work the standard account which spams adds.
Artist radios are working, as much I have tested, the issue is with these genrestations.

I'm having the same problem along with a few others in another thread. I was told to contact Spotify Support using this link. I'd say put in a ticket / request there too, maybe that'll help get a resolution sooner.

This is really right option for now, just include account details together, so they can compare 2 accounts.

I did make a ticket to spotify some time ago, and havent heard about this ever since.
Just tested and its working now 🙂 Jus odd that I havent got any info from spotify (expect the caseid mail) regarding my ticket.
