Random music being added to my playlists

My Question or Issue

There are music being added to all my playlists. I always delete/remove them from my playlists but they always comeback. I even block the artist that it is coming from, but it still shows up on my playlists.  Please help me with this.

We can confirm that following the article @引きこもり suggested, is the best first step you can take to deal with this and secure your account.

Don't worry about the section Recently Played. The more you keep listening to your own kind of music, the more it will change and become accurate again.
