Shuts down after hit play!

have same trouble as soon i log on my Samsung galaxy S7 edge its crashing.. 

after the new update ive gotten this issue as well as the storage issue reported.. ive been using my SD card for download.. but i had no issues with this before the latest 2 updates.. after that first i got that storage issue. the second and last updated version is not working for me.. ive done everything on my side to try to fix this.. nothing seems to be working.. ive tryed another android device.it works there.. but that's device is so old and slow so i can't use it for Spotify download . but the problem looks like it is on the newest version of Android phones as well as my S7 Egde # this needs to be fixed prunto.. im paying for this app..
