Songs not playing on my phone

I have done everythinggggggggggggggggggg I can on my phone, NOTHING will play. I even created a new account and still having the same problem!! But it works perfectly fine on the computer. Android user here.

We understand you’ve already tried some troubleshooting, but to be sure that we're on the same page - did you use the steps for a clean reinstall mentioned in this article?

If so and the issue persists, since this is happening only on your android device, would you mind checking if you have any SD card inserted into your phone? In case you have one, remove it, restart your device, and try again. 

Lastly, to continue investigating your case include in your next response the make, model, and OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running.
