Hi there,

 

Thanks for reaching out. Hope you don’t mind us responding in English, as this is the official language of the Community. The full info on how Duo works can be found here. To put it briefly though, the second person needs to use their own account and you as a Manager need to send them an invite. When they successfully accept this invite, they will benefit from Premium features, while all payments are handled by you. The only important condition to join is that you both live at the same address.

No puedo activar la otra cuenta

In this case, we'd like to gather as much info as possible. Would you mind letting us know what steps you've done so far? Did you send the invite to the other person? Do you receive any error messages?

If you're experiencing issues with something else (not the invitation process), feel free to elaborate further so we can get a better understanding of what you need help with. Any screenshots you can provide will also be helpful to us.
