Removing Songs from Local Music List

On my device, I "remove track from playlist" in the Local Music list, and then when I restart the program, they show back up again. It would be great if the UI could be updated to make it so that when they are removed from the playlist, they are permantently removed. All of my ringtones and text tones saved in the media folder open in Spotify every time, and I would like them to stop coming up in random play, but obviously can't delete them from the device all together.

Any thoughts on this?

you guys could (in my opinion) just add an option to the preferences menu which allows you to disable local files, if you're too lazy to fix it 😉
