Samsnung Shape speakers (WAM 751) and Hub (WAM 250) can't play spotify only plays on the phone

hi, I have 2 Samsung WAM751 M7 speakers and a hut WAm250.  I am able to play tuneIn radio, amazon music,  music from my phone via the speakers, however, Spotify plays only on the phone, not thru speakers.  Talked to sAmsung, and they tell me it is Spotify issue.  Could yopu please help?  it has been very frustrating trying to get help on this issue. thank you.  I would love it if somebody could walk me thru to solve this problem.  I emailed to Spotify already but their response was 100% unrelated (they were asking if my issue was resolved).. How?
