Samsung Galaxy S8 - Keeps Asking "You Are Listening on..."

On my Samsung Galaxy S8+ it keeps asking me when I open the app "You are listening on" Galaxy S8+ and then gives a green "Continue" button or writing below "LISTEN ON THIS PHONE".  I've signed out of all instances of Spotify using the web login and I've rebooted the phone/app/reinstalled.  Music will play fine sometimes for 5-10 minutes, or sometimes longer but randomly stops playing for no reason.  I will have to go back into the app and hit play again.
