Samsung Gear App no longer available?

I've searched for over an hour here and on Google and didn't find anything about this.

I just got a Gear S2 I live in USA but the app is nowhere to be found.

At first it was there but said no longer available when I tried to download. Now it doesn't even show up even when I search for it.

I have the S8 a Gear S2 classic and I live in the US. According to everything I read on Spotify and Samsung support I should be able to get this app.

Was this app removed or is there a setting I have to change? If it's a setting how do I fix it?
