Saved musics are missing after turning off the download

Yes, you read it right. This is one of my issues with Spotify. All my offline songs are working fine until i accidentally turned off the Download button. Now i have to re-download them all (again). This is not the first time all my downloaded music disappeared from my saved song. I tried :
1. Deleting Cache
2. Restarting the Device, and it getting worse
3. Unlink all Offline Devices
4. And, Clean Install/Reinstall
I set the download location to SD Card. I can't set it on Device Storage because i had 500mb left of free space. Because of this problem, sometimes i regret my decision to be a Premium user. Please fix this.

It must be irritating particularly as turning off the download switch doesn't free up any space in storage so it has no function, as far as I can tell.
