Saved songs show up on PC but not phone

I have 2 spotify accounts. I recently made the new one for certain reasons and added a bunch of songs from my PC. I logged in on the new account on my android, and it says I have no music at all. I logged out and back in but it still stayed the same.

Also, it showed this

There's only 3 icons at the bottom that doesn't show "my music" or anything like that but when I log into my older account,

It goes back to normal with 5 icons and works just fine. Help?
