Seriously. Is it so never can get help from SPOTIFY and only can help each other..?!?!?

Seriously. Is it so never can get help from SPOTIFY and only can help each other..?!?!?

There are something seriously wrong with the local play. For me it worked well a couple of weeks ago, but now all crashes. I've tried different list's and manually copied all mp3's to a same folder, butt it still doesn't work. Same if I try another unit, or If I try to search on computer it still find nothing!

 

Are there someone who at least give a **bleep** who has anything to do with spotify?!?

And YES, I've tried to reinstall, and I even chosen local map at settings, and when that did'nt work I even tried the same procedure with 2 different cellfones. I really love that I pay money every month and can't get hold of a human people to talk with! (NOT!!)

Customer Service has three responses:

 – delete cache

 – reinstall

 – we're working on it (with optional "it's priority")

 

I sent them too many bug reports and then they stopped responding to me.
