My Question or Issue

I've had a premium account for a long time, no payment issues, the premium is still active when I log in. But I tried to shuffle my playlist and I am told "you've discovered a premium function" and won't let me use the function. I discovered this today, it has worked fine before.

Hey @Caliia,

 

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

 

If you have an active Premium subscription, the app should not show that message. In this case, we'd recommend logging out and then logging back in two times in a row on your phone. It sounds a bit odd, but it forces a sync between the account and your device. 

 

If you still experience this and you can't access the benefits and features of your plan - we'd recommend checking out this FAQ and following the steps provided in there.
