Shuffle on small artists plays every song twice in a row

Hi! I listen to a lot of small independent artists, and I've noticed for a while now that when I use the shuffle button almost every song is added to the play queue twice in a row. Quite frustrating to have this kind of silly bug in such a basic feature. The same issue was marked as having been solved here https://community.spotify.com/t5/Android/Shuffle-Playing-Songs-Twice-in-a-Row/td-p/4689767, but what's actually the ETA for resolution? I use Spotify for Android.

This is something we're aware of, however there is no timeline for a fix yet.

Make sure to keep your app updated so that you see any changes if and when they are rolled out.
