Shuffle

Why does my playlist keep playing the same songs in the same order, once I've reached the end of my playlist? Every time I've gone through my 150+ songs, I press to re shuffle, but it will be in the exact same order as the last few times.  Sometimes I won't even get through the entire playlist, because it will restart and play the same 30 songs that I've already heard. I've uninstalled and reinstalled about three times in two weeks, just to be able to shuffle in a different order each time.  I heard uninstalling the app helps it to reset, but it doesn't work for too long.
