Some downloaded songs got deleted then immediately re-downloaded

Some downloaded songs got deleted then immediately re-downloaded

I was listening to some music on my S23 when I suddenly got the "downloading songs" notification, with the progress bar showing around 250 downloaded songs out of 400, when all 400 were already downloaded previously. Then I opened one of my downloaded lists and around half of the songs there were removed from my phone, which sucked for me because I was on a train and the network was pretty unstable (not to mention the onboard wifi).

Hi there @ati9590,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

This could've happened because of the cache stored on your app. You can try going to Settings < Storage > Clear cache. However, if this happens again, it's best to perform a clean reinstall of the Spotify app by following these steps. No worries, you won't lose any content, but you will have to download your offline music again for that device.

On another note, enable Background App Refresh from your device's settings and check if that makes a difference.

Let us know how that goes.
