Some songs won't play on my Galaxy S3

Some of the songs on my phone don't have the green "downloaded" circle/arrow next to them on my Starred playlist.  These particular songs just straight up won't play if I'm in Offline Mode, but once I turn Offline Mode off, they work fine.  I know it's not a matter of the playlist not being fully downloaded, because I've tested by staying connected to my Wifi for a full day for the playlist to download.  Having looked around the forum a little bit, I've tried a few solutions, and NONE of them have worked.  They're not local files on my computer OR my phone; I've deleted the songs off my phone, and tested on my computer by deleting 3 songs off my HDD and trying to re-Star them on Spotify by looking them up again, and they still don't work.

What are the steps you took to get to the error/issue?

I open Spotify on my phone, then go to my Starred playlist.  Already, I can see 4 songs that I've starred that don't have the circle/arrow next to them.  With Offline Mode OFF, they play just fine, but as soon as I turn ON Offline Mode, they DON'T gray out, but still won't play.

What I expected to happen

I expect these songs to download to my phone and work in Offline Mode, and at least 50-60 songs of my 1000~ WON'T work.

As you can see, there's 5 songs (including the bottom one) that have the green sync circle, and they all play either Online or Offline... But the other 4 don't have those circles, are NOT grayed out (like songs that don't work usually are), and I'm in Offline Mode.  The 4 that don't have the circles WILL NOT play in offline mode, and like I said earlier, that's only 4 songs out of the 50-60 that won't work.  Any help would be greatly appreciated; I love MANY of the songs that don't work, and it kinda sucks not being able to listen to them in Spotify.
