Song restarts after hitting like

Hi everyone

I was listening to a song in my Daily Mix and after hitting 'like' the app "blinks" and the song is stopped and returned to 00:00. The app was working just fine a couple of hours ago and I'm not sure if there has been an update. If it helps, I was actually using the Windows app and then continued to play the song in my phone (this worked just fine). The song is added to my library though, so I'm trying to figure out what's going on here.

Have you tried signing in and out of your account? This helped me when I had the same problem. If this doesn't work, maybe uninstalling and reinstalling Spotify on your device may fix things. Since the app is "blinking" this may be a glitch associated with the Android opperating system and if you haven't done so, you should update to the newest version of Android as small bugs like these are ususally fixed with updates.

On the topic of updates, check to see if your version of Spotify is up to date.

If all else fails, post a thread to the suggestions section of the community. This will alert Spotify to the problem and they may try to fix it in future updates. If that doesn't work, you can contact Spotify directly through their customer support here:
