Songs abspielen und gleichzeitig Internet nutzen

sowohl Premium als auch kostenlose Version

Samsung Galaxy A 52, Android 13

Meine Frage oder mein Problem

Beim Abspielen von Playlisten (als Download und Online) UND gleichzeitiger Nutzung des Internets (Surfen, Abrufen von Mails, Social Media) stoppt Spotify nach max. 2 Songs die Wiedergabe. 

Liegt das an möglichen Einstellungen oder hat Spotify damit ein Problem?

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? If you haven't already, it's a good idea to make sure that Spotify has all necessary permissions and is excluded from any battery optimization. Follow these steps: 

1. Mobile Settings > Apps > Spotify > Permissions. Allow everything you see there. 
2. Mobile settings > Apps > Spotify > Battery > Optimize battery usage > select top All (not optimized for apps) > Spotify > disable. 
3. Last step - restart the phone.
