Songs and album lists are cluttered

Why is it that when I add a song to 'singles' in 'your music' it also adds the album to 'albums'? I now have an album folder full of albums with only one song, making it hard to browse through the album folder. This works the other way wirth the 'singles' folder which is full of album songs. This is really frustrating. I like to save good song I hear, but when I go the 'singles' folder, i have to sift through all the songs from the albums.

There is no "singles" folder in Your Music. There are tabs for albums, artists. playlists and songs. The songs tab contains all tracks you have added to Your Music. Adding a track from an album to YM will also populate albums and artists by design and adding an album will add all the tracks to "songs".

IF you want to avoid albums and artisits being populated, you can use a playlist instead. Spotify did say a while ago that they were thinking of making it possible to add an album without the individual tracks being to added to songs.
