Songs aren't saving, having to redownload offline songs constantly

I'm currently on the latest version of spotify from the google play store, and while the songs download and let me play them offline for a short period of time, when I restart my phone or spotify, it shows that anywhere from 50-130ish of my songs are redownloading.

This is far from an ideal scenario, and would like to fix this. I've tried formatting my SD card to see if there was an issue with it, clearing all spotify data, deleting all spotify folders and reinstalling spotify itself. None of these have worked.

Perhaps a full clean reinstallation helps to fix your issue.

To perform one, just follow these steps:

From the home screen, tap Settings > Apps.

1. Find Spotify in your list of apps.
2. If you're able to, tap Clear Data and Clear Cache.
3. Tap Uninstall to remove the app.
4. Turn your device off and then back on.
5. Open Google Play then search for and install the Spotify Music app.
