Songs being Undownloaded

Hi there,
I travel across my state to visit family multiple times a year and recently I've been having trouble in that all my downloaded songs, about 1.6k, will uninstall from my phone and I have to wait until I'm back on a WiFi network to re-download them.

This is an issue as I listen to music while driving or riding in the car.

What's going on? I have a Galaxy S7 Edge and I pay for my subscription and haven't gotten a missed payment notice.

Hey @Deviri13,

You should keep an eye on the offline devices listed for your account here. The same device may be added several times which may make your offline downloads to reset. Delete any duplicate or unrecognized devices you may see and let me know how it goes. 🙂
