Songs not playing

Songs not playing

Spotify needs to sort it out! All my play lists keep going so I have to download them again! And no song on my account will let me play just keeps saying song unavailable! Tidal it is now!!!

Thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community. We'll be happy to help. 

 

In this case, follow these steps: 

 

  1. Log in to your account page on our website and click Offline devices in the menu on the left. 
  2. Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES.
  3. Reinstall the app on your device. Here's how
  4. Save your offline tracks again.
