Songs stop randomly.

I need help from Spotify, I am paying for a premium account and I am unable to use my account on my Nokia, the songs get randomly paused with no apparent reason. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, deleted cache, restarted the phone several times and tried with WIFI connection. Yet the songs never play completely. I feel Spotify is not being helpful with this issue as they don't have any kind of support and on post https://community.spotify.com/t5/Android/Songs-stop-playing-randomly/m-p/1367420#M60618 they marked as solved but there's no actual solution to this. So please #Spotify contact me.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Can you give us some more info about this issue? Let us know:

• Does this happen when you reproduce any of your playlists?
• Are you getting any error message when the music stops? 
• Does this happen when trying to stream music through 3G/4G or on WiFi?
• Can you let us know what device/operating system and Spotify version you're currently using?

In the meantime, try from a different device to see if the issue persists.
