Songs won't download on my samsung s8+

I can't download music on my samsung s8+. Ive had premium for almost a year now, and now none of my song will down. I've done the whole reset, uninstall, delete the folder. I've even restarted after uninstalling the app it's self. Help me! 

P.s. yes I have great internet connection

Hi. Have you tried both cellular and wifi? Do you see a download notification when you select a playlist to download at the top of the playlist and in the notification shade?

I've done it all.  The only way it will download a song is by switching back and forth from online to offline. When I say switching, I mean turning off then on for each song.
