My Question or Issue

Today i upgraded to a premium account and suddenly nothing works anymore...

When i start a song on my phone it play like for a half second and then stops.

Spotify is online via Wifi, the connection is ok, i already reinstalled the app (it worked for like 5 songs and then the same problem), nothing solves it.

My desktop app on Windows 10 has also a problem since today : when i try to play whatever song i get the message : current song can't be played...

What can i do?
