My Question or Issue

So I have a Vivo Y20i V2032 which has this Deepfield Deep Space Sound Effects thing on my Spotify app which has different sound effects, such as Panoramic Surround and Clear Voice, the latter of which I always use. Problem is, the sound switches to Panoramic Surround every other time I listen to any song in Spotify. No matter how much I toggle to Clear Voice every time this happens, or how much I turn off the Deep space sound effects button, it often reverts back to Panoramic Surround. I couldn't find any other solution, mostly because this problem is Vivo-exclusive. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? I have this problem for years ever since I got my phone, and it's driving me crazy.

Hey there @sammy_luis14

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Since this is a specific setup of your phone, it's best to reach out to the manufacturer so they can help you checking how to set "Clear Voice" as default when using the app.

Solution: Download an ABD App Controll (extended/non-exteded) on your PC and connect your phone. Then choose system apps in main window and search: "audio". I had 2 apps there and dissabled once that had shorter name (srry a dont remember exactly))

I have Vivo Y31

It is possible that your sound effects are corrupted.
